Phillip Leonard Peterson, 84 of Oroville, passed away February 20, 2022 in Oroville, California. A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 25, 2022 at the Evangelical Free Church in Oroville at 4:00 p.m. Interment will be in the Gridley Biggs Cemetery, with military honors. Arrangements entrusted to Gridley-Block Funeral Chapel.
