Gwenny was my favorite cousin, she being one year older than myself. We were always happy to spend school vacations together during grade school and high school. Her mother's brother was my father Frank Gray. My husband and I bought our grandmother with us to attend her wedding to Larry in Hardwick, Vermont. It 's been nice getting in touch with her these past few years over the phone and with cards and letters since living here in Oregon.
Sorry that it still wasn't close enough to get to meet her [my] family. I have many happy memories of times spent with her. I'm sure your pleasant memories will help in the days to come in grieving her loss. She will be greatly missed.
