Obituary of Joyce Biggs

Emily Joyce Biggs, 77 of Biggs, California, passed away January 9, 2022. The family will be holding a memorial Friday January 28, 2022 at 1:00pm at the Colonia building for those who would like to celebrate her life with us. Interment will be in the Gridley Biggs Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Gridley-Block Funeral Chapel.
