Bill Chapman was a very kind and understanding Father in Law. He had two Daughters, Marianne and Julie Chapman.
Julie preceded Bill in Death.

Bill and I attended school together from Kindergarten through High School. He was always known as being a nice guy and I know that he will be missed by his many friends from over the years.
