I had the pleasure of being Dana’s best friend in high school. And did we have some fun. Dana had a way about her that she always made any situation more fun than normal. She was quirky and super witty and really funny. It breaks my heart that she left us all to soon, but I find great comfort that she is with her brother frank and her dad Marvin which she adored both. I have so many stories and memories that I’m so grateful for. She loved to laugh and drive fast! I can’t tell you how many times we ran out of gas in that damn roadrunner! We always used our lunch money for gas abs we didn’t care we just wanted to live life to the fullest. And we did! Dana didn’t let a lot of people inside her private life snd I was one of the lucky ones she did. My deepest condolences to her son, mom, sisters and nieces and nephews. She loved you all so much. I take great pride to have had Dana as friend. I miss you already and I know I’ll see you again one day. I also know that on the day she passed I asked her to watch over me and when I said that this huge orange dragonfly came swooping down followed by a white bird. I love dragonfly’s and Dana knew that. I know that was her letting me know she’s ok and that gives me great comfort as well. Dana know that I’m so grateful to have had you in my life! I will always keep our friendship close to my heart and keep telling the stories of the crazy stuff we did!! You are no longer suffering in pain and now you can fly free! Your friend always Michelle
