Obituary of William Chester Jackson
His Legacy… William "Buck" Jackson was born in Redding, California on November 27, 1939 to William and Frankie Jackson, their only son. He went to school in Weaverville and graduated in 1958. Buck worked in the lumber mills and at Pacific Coast Producers as well as El Medio Fire Department. he was married to his loving wife Brenda Jo for 54 years. Buck liked going to bingo, gold panning, and he had a love for animals. Buck passed away at his home on April 12, 2016 with his wife Brenda Jo and his daughters Debbie Jackson, Becky Ramsey, Bridjett Jackson-Mavis, his granddaughters Sarah Long and Amber Jackson by his side.
His Family… Buck is survived by his loving wife Brenda Jo, his daughters, Debbie Jackson, Becky Ramsey, and Bridjett Jackson-Mavis, 3 granddaughters, 7 grandsons, 3 great granddaughters and 3 great grandsons, his sister Carol Jean Bishop and nephew Patrick Warren, many nieces and nephews.
His Farewell Service…His Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at 4:00 PM at the Eagles Hall at 2010 Montgomery Street Oroville, California. Arrangements are entrusted to Ramsey Funeral Home 530-534-3877.
