Obituary of Riley Allen Roullett

His Legacy… Riley Allen Roullett was born on June 27, 2003 and left us on June 21, 2021 just 6 days before his 18th birthday. Riley was a phenomenal young man that never ceased to amaze us all. He was an outstanding athlete in any sport. He played quarterback for the Las Plumas High School Varsity Football Team, he lead the league in tackles and led their team to victory against Oroville High School in the Victory Bell Game. He was also an outstanding wrestler from a young age through high school. No matter what sport he played he gave it his all & it showed. Riley had just graduated from high school with numerous awards. Fresh out of high school Riley started his first job at Star Energy Management as an apprentice in the electrical field. He was very excited about his new job and the endless amount of opportunities that lay ahead. He was truly a “Stud”, as he often called himself. He will be greatly missed, and never forgotten.
