Obituary of Dianna Lee Gordon
Dianna Gordon, 70 years, lost her battle with Alzheimer’s on June 17th, 2021. She was surrounded by her father, husband, and three children at the time of her passing. Dianna is survived by her husband of 43 years, Pat Gordon, her three children and their spouses, Wendy & Sam Higgins, PJ & Jamie Gordon, and Katie & Ryan O’Donnell. She is also survived by her father Tom Taylor, and her five grandchildren, Taylor, Brady, Davis, Lillie, and Colby. Her mother, Betty Taylor preceded her in death.
Dianna was born and raised in Gridley CA on December 14th, 1950, to parents Tom and Betty Taylor. Dianna was a great friend to many people throughout her life, and kept in touch with many early childhood friends. Dianna was married and lived in Chico, CA with her husband Pat and their three children. She retired from UPS after 28 years of employment. Dianna loved life and had many hobbies. She enjoyed working in her yard, traveling, dancing, spending time with friends, and most importantly spending time with family. She was kind, humble, full of life, and she will be missed beyond measure.
A celebration of life will be held at Butte Creek Country Club in Chico, CA on Saturday, July 24th from 2-5 PM. All family and friends of Dianna’s are welcome.
In lieu of flowers, Dianna’s family prefers donations be made to an Alzheimer’s Association of your choice. Arrangements entrusted to Gridley-Block Funeral Chapel, 530-846-2138.
