Obituary of Wilbur Wynell Stark

Wilbur Wynell Stark was born on June 28, 1930 in Wichita, Kansas to Thomas and Flora Stark. Wilbur passed away on April 10, 2016 in Oroville, California. He worked as a credit manager for 20 years in the garment manufacturing industry that made Levis. He also served his country in the United States Navy.
