Diane Lynn Tull was born on December 18, 1958 in Oroville, California to Rodney and Donna Manning. Diane passed away on April 6, 2016 at her home in Oroville with her family at her side. She was a lifelong resident of Oroville. She was a teacher for 25 years. She will be deeply missed. Private family graveside service will be held.
