Tammy Lynn Esquivel was born on July 30, 1963 in Missouri to James and Shirley Blair. Tammy passed away on March 20, 2016 in Oroville, California. Tammy is survived by her siblings, Elizabeth Heathcock of Caruthersville, MO, Clint Blair of Caruthersville, MO; Shiree Morgan of Springfield, MO and Laura Blair of Steele, MO.
