Obituary of Carole Augusta Kuhn
Carole Augusta Kuhn of Strongsville, Ohio passed away on September 6, 2020 at the age of 88 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her son John C. Kuhn, his wife Debbie, grandchildren: Sarah (Tyler) Regur and Nicole Kuhn, great-grandchildren: Leanna, Brea and Taylen, sister Cathy (Alex) Zamblauskas, brothers and sisters-in-law, numerous nieces and nephews and many friends in her hometown and Oroville, California, where her son and family live. Carole was preceded in death by her husband of over 54 years, John P. Kuhn and her parents Christian and Augusta Wieland. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Carole had many things that brought her happiness and comfort. Carole valued time with family and friends. She always looked forward to meeting new people and her next adventure. Carole was active with family gatherings and enjoyed spending time at the Strongsville Senior Center. She was an avid sports enthusiast, and quite zealous during game time, especially when it came to her Cleveland teams or the Buckeyes. Carole had a great appreciation of nature and the beauty around her. Carole enjoyed helping others in many ways, including serving hundreds of Christmas meals, with her son, family and friends, for the past several years at the FOE in Oroville, California.
Memorial donations may be made to the Southwest Hospice at 18659 Drake Road, Strongsville, OH 44136, where she received excellent care.
Her Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Ramsey Funeral Home, 1175 Robinson Street Oroville, California. Also available to watch on Facebook Live on Ramsey Funeral Home Facebook page.
