Jesse Francisco Ramirez was born on November 01, 1996 in Oroville, California to Crystal Rikard and Francisco Ramirez. Jesse Passed away January 15, 2021 in Oroville, California. He was a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and boyfriend. He was a 2014 graduate of Biggs High School. He loved playing paintball and Xbox as well as spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoyed motorcycling and taking his WRX for a ride. Jesse is survived by his Mother Crystal Rikard-Torres; his Father Francisco Ramirez; his Step-Father Jose Torres; his Grandmothers Linda and Rosario; his Great Grandmother Betty Rikard; Girlfriend Vanessa Ayala; his Brother Samuel Aguilar; his Sisters Carolina and Natalia; Step-Brothers Alex and Sergio; Uncles Bryce, Mark, Matthew, and Ramon; Aunts Juana, Sandra, and Maria. Along with other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his Grandfather Bryce Rikard and Great Grandmother Maria Remedios. His viewing will be held on Friday, January 22, 2021 from 4pm-8pm at Ramsey Funeral Home located at 1175 Robinson Street in Oroville CA (530)533-0323. His Funeral will be held at the Live Oak Cemetery on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at 11am, we would like to invite Jesse’s family and friends to gather together to celebrate his life at the Feather Falls Casino Banquet room at 2pm where food and refreshments will be served.
