Roger Green

Obituary of Roger Grayson Green

His Legacy… Roger was one of a kind; there was no one like him. He could have a job finished while you were still thinking about it. If there was anything anyone needed he would get it for them with no re-payment needed. Roger had a class A&B contractor’s license and could build anything. Together with his wife of 40 years they founded Green Rock Quarries and manufactured railroad ballast which can be seen on the RR tracks Nationwide. The base rock can be seen County wide. He loved his Babe, Bucks Lake, snowmobiling, fishing, bird watching and his puppies, Cosmo and Rosie. Roger also loved his son-in-law Clint Underhill who entertained him for the past two years. Roger was born in Hollywood, California and lived in Butte County for 60 years. His Family… Roger was preceded in death by his parents Joby and Fred Green, his brothers Bob and Fred Jr. Green. His survivors are his wife Charlotte, his brother Frank Green, his children, Danielle Silva, Roger Green Jr., Patti Underhill, and Michael Aldrich, grandchildren, Steven, Cory and Cole Silva, Tara and Matthew Aldrich, Katie Hoskins and Brenden Malotte, great grandchildren, Bonnie Lyn Green, Shelby, Taylor, Rylee and Barret Hoskins, Jude and Reid Malotte, Addison and Reece Rector, River and Tinsley Aldrich. His Farewell Service… Services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Ramsey Funeral Home 530-534-3877.
