Obituary of Wayne Leroy Euritt
His Legacy… Mr. Euritt died Tuesday, Dec. 15th, 2020, at Country Crest Post-Acute Facility of natural causes. Mr. Euritt was born Oct. 27th, 1928, in Decatur Iowa. Wayne moved to the Oroville Area, at the young age of 8 years old. Wayne was employed as a telephone utility worker for some 35 years and resided in the Oroville Area for roughly 80 years.
His Family… He was preceded in death by his loving wife Louise of 43 years, Father Emil Euritt, Mother Lola Williams, sisters Ruby Smith, Margie Hunt and Eula Caldwell. He is survived by his son Howard (Tag) and daughter-in-law Sandi of Gridley; daughter Sherrie Euritt of Oroville; extended daughter Sandra Johns of Oroville, granddaughter Cari Scott of Las Vegas, Nevada, grandson Dustin Euritt of Aurora, Colorado, 5 great grandchildren, Bethany Scott, Brandon Scott, Kaitlynn Euritt, Kassidy Euritt, Austin Euritt and a great-great grandson Kayden Scott. He also had numerous nieces and nephews.
His Farewell Service… Graveside services will be held for Wayne Leroy Euritt aka (Slim), 92, of Oroville at Memorial Park Cemetery at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22nd, 2020. There will be only Graveside services that will be officiated by Ramsey Funeral Homes. All arrangements and services are under the direction of Ramsey Funeral Home 530-534-3877. The family has asked that, in lieu of flowers, please make donations to our Area Hospice programs in Wayne’s name.
