His Legacy… Lloyd Albert Helmers was born on September 15, 1943 in Oroville, California to Lester and Evelyn Helmers. Lloyd passed away on December 10, 2020 in Oroville, California. Lloyd served in the U.S Army. Then he worked as a General Manager for several shoe companies for 50 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family, watching sports and traveling with Helen. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His Family… Lloyd is preceded in death by his beloved wife Helen. He is survived by his daughters, Jamie (Kevin) Weber of Eugene, OR; Paula Wright of Chico, CA; Vickie West of Oroville, CA; his son, Bryan Helmers of Oroville, CA; his siblings, Lowell (Billie) Helmers of Carson City, NV; JoAnn (Dan) Haar of Upland, CA; Joyce (Dan) Skaggs of Oroville, CA; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. His Farewell Service… Lloyd will be laid to rest with his beloved wife Helen at a Graveside Service on Monday, January 4, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5646 Lincoln Blvd Oroville, California.
