Yang Chong Xiong Yang 62, passed away in Oroville California on March 6, 2016. Yang was born in Laos and was a Butte County resident for the last 31 years. Traditional Hmong Funeral Services will be held at Oroville Funeral Home beginning Saturday, March 26, 2016 and Sunday March 27, 2016 at 8:00 am until 10:00 pm, and Monday, March 28, 2016 from 8:00 am until 11:30 am.
