So sorry to hear of Rick's passing. He was a good cop, a good man, and a good friend. He and my Pops (Larry) became very close friends. He actually gave me my very first ticket! I'm glad to have known him. My deepest sympathies to your family. May he forever rest in peace. ( although he and my Pops are probably raising Cain in heaven right now)
