James Phillip Hook Jr. was born on January 28, 1954 in California to Bonnie Jo Claxton and James Phillip Hook Sr. James passed away on March 1, 2016 in Los Molinos, California. He served his country in the United States Navy for 14 years. He is survived by his son Jason Hook of Citrus Heights, California and his father James Hook SR. No public services will be held.
