Obituary of Elaine Marguerite Thompson

Her Legacy… Elaine Marguerite Thompson was born on September 6, 1933 in Oroville, California to Jack and Marguerite Foss. Elaine passed away on January 25, 2016 in Oroville, California. She worked at Butte College for 25 years, finishing her career there as an account executive. She touched all our lives with kind words or a funny joke. She will be loved dearly and missed by many. Her Family… Elaine is survived in Gods way by her husband of 39 years Ed Thompson, her son Charles Robert, grandchildren, Kassie and Charlie II, Great Grandchildren Kaiden, Layla and Eden, her friends Sally and Inez, her old Butte College co-workers, everyone at St. Thomas Church, special love to her extended family Gary Lee and Nancy. She is preceded in death by her sisters Betty and Jackie, and her brothers Stanley and Mike. Her Farewell Service…There will be a Visitation and Rosary on Thursday, February 4, 2016 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Ramsey Funeral Home, 1175 Robinson St. Oroville, California with Rosary at 6:30 PM. A Funeral Mass will be held for Elaine on Friday, February 5, 2016 at 11:00 AM at St. Thomas The Apostle Catholic Church, 1330 Bird St. Oroville, CA. with reception to follow.
