Obituary
Obituary of Peggy C Walberg
Her Legacy… Peggy Chareldene Walberg, aka to her grandkids, Peggy Chareldene Lila Kathleen Josephine Walker Walberg, was born on January 21, 1932 in Southwest City Missouri to James and Anna Walker. Peggy went to be with her Lord and Creator on her birthday, January 21, 2016. The most important things to Peggy were her love for Jesus, her husband, her kids and grandkids. She was a prayer warrior and compassionately cared for her family, world circumstances and for all she saw in need. She was an avid sports fan. She loved her Giants so much; she never missed a game and thought she could do a better job than the coach. While watching the 49er games she wore a whistle around her neck to help out the referees. And you always knew when she was at one of her kids or grandkids games because you could hear her voice over the crowd. Peggy was fun loving and always had stories full of hilarious shenanigans.
Her Family… Peggy is survived by her loving husband of over 66 years, Ted Walberg of Oroville, CA; her daughter, Gayle, and her husband, Tim Harlan; her son Dwayne, his wife Dana Walberg; Steve, his wife, Rhonda Walberg; Kim Walberg and Jeff Walberg. She was also blessed with 9 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren from areas of California, Nebraska, Arkansas, and South Korea. She is preceded in death by her grandson, Jordan Walberg.
Her Farewell Service… A service will be held on February 1, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Church of the Nazarene in Oroville, CA. Arrangements are entrusted to Ramsey Funeral Home 530-534-3877.
