Obituary of Joshua Mark Jamison
Joshua lived in Oroville his whole life. He accomplished many great things. At the age of 10 he became a member of the Bay Area Sportsman Kite League. He received trophies and medals for his mastery in dual line kite flying. He was always chasing the wind. He became a member of the junior high marching band playing the coronet proudly. His career in band continued through high school marching in parades all over the state including Washington. He graduated high school in 2005. In 2007 he enlisted into the U.S. Navy. He went on to becoming a Machinist Mate Second Class, stationed on the USS Debuque , one of the oldest ship in the fleet. They did several tours out to sea, he got to see the world. He built many great relationships with his ship mates. He was discharged in 2013 and came home. He then went to work with his dad at Riebes working in the machine shop as a service writer along side his dad, they were a great team. All the people loved him. Josh was kind to all and humble. He had no enemies. His favorite loves were his job, talking to people, fishing, cooking and his dog Daliah. Josh would be grateful to know that Daliah has a new loving home with his cousin Sunshine and her family, they love her. Joshua will truly be missed by all friends and family. Most of all by his Mom and Dad, brothers Jeremy and Jack and his sister Terina.
God Bless you so, rest peacefully.
He will be laid to rest in a private service at Northern California Veterans Cemetery in Igo, California. Arrangements are entrusted to Ramsey Funeral Home 530-534-3877.
