Obituary of John Earl Irvin

His Legacy… John Earl Irvin was born October 27, 1945 in Oroville, CA to John A. and Pansy L. Irvin. John passed away on January 6, 2020 in Oroville, CA. He was a cherished husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. He LOVED his family more than anything on this earth. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, all sports, taking drives up the canyon and watching his grandchildren grow up. His Family… John is survived by his wife Phyllis, daughters: Teresa Chenoweth, Wendi Ballard, each of Oroville, and Tasha Braden of Redding, CA; his grandchildren: Kira, Jevin, Kael, Ian, Anyah, Liah, Neva, Katarah, Elijah, Nathaniel, and Shekinah. He is also survived by his brothers Ted & Stephen Irvin and his sister Janice Irvin, as well as, many other dearly loved friends and family. He is preceded in death by his parents, his two brothers Danny Ray & David Irvin and his daughter Sonja Irvin. His Farewell Service… A viewing will be held Friday, January 17, 2020 at Ramsey Funeral Home, 1175 Robinson Street, Oroville, CA from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held at Ramsey Funeral Home, 1175 Robinson Street, Oroville, CA on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at 1:00 PM. Immediately following the funeral service a Celebration of Life (Reception) will be held at Christian Faith Center, located at 1235 Lincoln Street, Downtown Oroville by the levee.
