Mark Kevin Brown was born on June 4, 1962 in Vanceburg, Kentucky to Katherine Marie Smith Brown and Albert Franklin Brown. Mark passed away on January 11, 2016 in Sacramento, California. Mark worked as a tree trimmer and has been a resident of BUtte County for 30 years. He is survived by his only child Mark Brown of Oroville, CA; his siblings, Nathan Brown of Oroville, CA; Angeline Williams of Inglewood, CO, Brenda Salacup of Norfolk,VA, Gloria Kumle of Oroville, CA; and Luther Brown of Oroville, CA.
