Obituary of Rachel Susan Vest

Rachel Susan Vest was born on July 27, 1978 in Santa Clara Ca. to Stacy Williams and Michael Vest and raised by the late Cheryl Vest. Rachel was a great woman to a lot of people, strong, kind and was always willing to help others. She loved the beach, had a sweet tooth, enjoyed anything by Joyce Myers, had a passion for music and dancing, loved to laugh and made people laugh, a personality that lit up the room and wanted nothing more than to be with family. Rachel passed away peacefully in Oroville, Ca. with her family at her bedside on January 6, 2016 at 10:38 a.m. Survived by her eight children Angelina Martinez, Mariah Martinez, Frank Martinez JR., Savannah Chuca, Kayla Brown, Vincent Brown JR., William Brown and Gabriel Carias. One grandchild Isabella Martinez and one on the way. She also had eleven siblings Alex Cruz, Jennifer Nakagawa, Tristan Cruz, John Cummins II, Kristi Gordon, Jason Cummins, Nathan Cruz, Joey Cummins, Michael Vest JR., Sarah Vest and Marisa Vest that loved her. Numerous son in laws, brother in laws, sister in laws, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Rachel’s celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 15, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at the OroNaz Church 2238 Monte Vista Ave., Oroville, Ca.
