Obituary of Mildred Lucille Presley

Millie Presley joined her loving husband of 72 years, Jack Presley on Sunday July 14, 2019. Millie and Jack enjoyed a long life together as residents of the Manzanita area. Millie was an assistant cook at Manzanita School. Later she was the owner/operator of Millie’s House of Beauty. She enjoyed the summers she spent in Fort Bragg with Jack, where she fished and went to yard sales. Millie was a long-time member of The Gridley Green Thumb Garden Club. Recently she was a resident at Hovlid, where she developed new friendships and enjoyed the many activities.

Millie was born Mildred Lucille Hubble to Thomas Hubble and Josie Rogers Hubble on April 29, 1928, in Colorado. She is survived by her son Michael Presley of Gridley and daughter Linda Presley of Gridley, as well as her four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Private family services will be held in Fort Bragg for Jack and Millie, at a later date. Contributions may be made to Orchard Hospital Foundation Fund for Hovlid Activity Fund. Arrangements entrusted to Gridley-Block Funeral Chapel.
