Clifford Laurence Brasher was born in Tyler, Texas to Joe and Alice Brasher. Clifford passed away on December 26, 2015 in Oroville, California. He worked as a chef in the restaurant industry for 30 years before retiring. He is survived by his sisters, Connie Halvorsen of Yuba City, CA and Bonnie Brasher of Oroville, CA.
