I have a lot of fond memories of Charleen. Growing up “The Bevans” were a constant in our family’s lives. I remember going and staying with both Charleen and Joyce as a kid. Mom, (:Dixie Hill,) and The Bevans drug me around all over the place, or so it seemed, always having a fun and enjoyable time. It’s been a few years since I have seen Charleen but have thought of her and Joyce many times.
I’m am deeply sorry for the loss of Charleen and cherish her memory. Tim Hill
