Obituary of Barbara Joanne Hays

Her Legacy… Barbara Joanne Hays, 80 was born on April 26, 1935 in Portola, California to Ernest and Wanda Jovich. She passed away on December 25, 2015 in Oroville, California. Barbara moved to Oroville as a child. She graduated from Oroville High School in 1954. In 1955 she married Jerry (Bud) Hays together they had three children. Barbara loved being a mother and homemaker. But most of all she loved being a grandmother. She will be remembered by family and friends as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will be greatly missed but never forgotten. Her Family… Barbara is survived by her loving husband of 60 + years Jerry (Bud) Hays, her daughter Vickie (Dennis) Enser, her son Bob (Kitty) Hays, her son Scott (Teresa) Hays all of Oroville, CA; her grandchildren Danielle, Destiny, Oliver, Nicholas, Emily, Skyler and Chelsea, and five great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Gene (Loretta) Jovich and her sister-in-law Barbara Jovich. She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother Charlie Jovich and her sister Marvel Wright. Her Farewell Service… A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 8, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Ramsey Funeral Home 1175 Robinson St. Oroville, CA who arrangements are entrusted 530-534-3877.
