Dear Norma,Sara, Rebecca, Jessica and Michael and all the other Phippens: I did not have the opportunity to tell you all how much Traire meant to me. And to your Dad as well. He wasn't good at showing it, but he did love his Smidge. And I hope they are together now.
Traire was an inspiration to me. She exemplified kindness, compassion, a loving heart and standing behind her beliefs.
Her life came at her like the proverbial "wrecking ball," and she just bounced back at it. She stood strong through all the diversity she had to endure. Never complaining, just continually making her way through life, trusting in God to see her through. My heart hurts for all of you. But you are the wonderful legacy she left behind. I could just feel the love flowing through the room at the service, all because of her. I will miss her always. Sharon P.
