Obituary of Lex Harrison Parker Sr
His Legacy… Lex Harrison Parker Sr. was born on April 19, 1933 in Moses Creek, North Carolina to Myrtle and John Parker. Lex passed away on in Oroville, California on March 29, 2019. He was funny, charming, and quite the story teller. He loved to fish, pitch horseshoes, bowl, race cars and boats. He even acquired his pilot’s while living in Elko, Nevada. Most of all he loved the desert, and he loved to Karaoke, both of which he shared with the love of his life, Corinne, who preceded him in death.
His Family… Lex is survived by his his sisters, Brenda Garrett of Easley, SC; Melba Hardway of Crestview, FL; his brother Max Parker of Oroville, CA; his daughters, Joretta, Susan and his son Lex Jr. all of Oroville, CA; He is also survived by his grandchildren, Amy, John, Thomas and Kianna, his great grandchildren, Silus, Cody, Macy and Coltin, his faithful dog, Charley Parker. He is preceded in death by his brothers, Clyde, Ray, his sisters, Eulalia, June and Joan.
His Farewell Service… A Private Memorial Service will be held on April 20, 2019 in Oroville. Arrangements are entrusted to Ramsey Funeral Home 530-534-3877.
