Obituary of Susan Carol Birdsong

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2015, 10:00 am at the Christian Life Assembly of God Church in Gridley for Susan Carol Birdsong, 72 of Gridley California. She was born November 19, 1943 in Los Angeles CA., to William and Oddetta Miles. She was longtime resident of Gridley, having worked many years for Libby’s Cannery and Emmans Olives in Oroville. She was devoted to her family and faith and enjoyed spending her time with them. She will be missed by all that knew her. She was a member of Christian Life Assembly of God Church. Susan was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, one daughter, Emma Vargas. She is survived by three sons, Donald Chandler of Gridley CA., Bill Chandler of TX, Jeff (Becky) Chandler of Biggs, CA one daughter, Donna Owensby of Gridley, CA, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
