Xee V. Thao, 78, of Oroville California passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2019 in Carmichael California.  A Traditional Hmong service will be held on March 9, 10, & 11th, at Southside Community Center in Oroville, California.  Burial Services will be held on Monday, March 11, 2019 at Noon at Chico Cemetery in Chico California.
