Barbara Lynn Jacoby was born on October 18, 1932 in Sacramento, California to Edward and Ruby Shirar. Barbara passed away on November 27, 2015 in Oroville,California. She is survived by her children Bruce Jacoby of Alaska, Clifford Jacoby of Mt. Shasta, CA; Kevin Jacoby of Redding, CA; Linda Canon of Biggs, CA; and Bryan Jacoby of Oroville, CA' numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
