Obituary of Olan F Finney

Olan Finney, 88, passed away in a local care facility on Saturday, February 16, 2019. Family will Celebrate his life.  Olan will be burried  at Tracy Public Cemetery in Tracy California.  This is the same cemetery that his son was burried in just a few months ago. Arrangements are entrusted with Oroville Funeral Home (530) 533-0323.
