Obituary of Charles Warren Gilbert

His Legacy… Charles Warren Gilbert was born on October 30, 1953 in Oroville, California to Warren and Evelyn Gilbert. Charlie passed away on February 2, 2019 in Oroville. He graduated from Oroville high School in 1971 and was an associate at Walmart for 19 years. Charlie enjoyed watching baseball and classic westerns on T.V. He also loved to Bar-B-Que.

His Family… Charlie is survived by his wife of 19 years, Linda Gilbert, two step sons Ben (Candace) Horton, and Rueben (Talai) Horton, his sisters Karen Turner, Denise Sidenstricker, Eva (Mike) Meyer and Marie (Bob) Lane and three Grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and a step son Ross Horton.

His Farewell Service… There will be a Visitation on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Ramsey Funeral Home, 1175 Robinson Street Oroville, California. Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5646 Lincoln Blvd Oroville, California.
