Obituary of Michael Louis Noel

Michael Louis Noel Born on March 2, 1989. Michael passed away on November 21, 2015 as a result of a tragic motorcycle accident. He was employed by Dyna-Crete/Funston Ind. Sands of Oroville, CA. He loved his job and enjoyed his coworkers. He is survived by his mother and father, Bonnie and Gary (Jake) Noel, two younger brothers, Nichalous and Eric all of Dobbins, his girlfriend, Emma Morton of Honcut, and numerous other family members.
