Obituary of Clara Emily Azevedo

Clara Emily Azevedo - March 28, 1926-January 16, 2019

Clara was born in Orland California. "Chick" passed away at Enloe Hospital in Chico, CA of natural causes at the age of 92. Mom enjoyed knitting, sewing and gardening.  She also loved winning at card games and gambling. She was married to Edward J. Azevedo for 58 years. Edward preceded her in death in 2002. She had two brothers, two sisters, four children, eight grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. The family will greet friends from 5:00-8:00 p.m. for a viewing at Gridley-Block Funeral Chapel on Thursday, January 24th. A remembrance of her life will be held Friday, January 25th at 10:00 a.m. at the gazebo in the Gridley Biggs Cemetery.
