Obituary of Richard Payne

Richard William Payne, 72, who lived in Butte County for 7 years, passed away in Palermo California on January 1, 2019.  Richard enjoyed working as a typesetter for the newspaper for over 20 years.  He also spend time serving our country in the Army.  Richards final disposition  included being laid to rest at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon California.  Arrangements are entrusted to Oroville Funeral Home (530) 533-0323.
