Chao was known for his integrity, understanding, and fairness. He was always kind hearted and loyal. He was married for 40 years and loved his wife and family.

Throughout his life, he enjoyed playing soccer, hunting, taking long walks, and scenic drives. He valued education and hard work.

Services will be held on January 26, 2019 at South Side Community Center starting at 9:00 AM going to Monday January 28, 2019.
