Ofelia Barcenas De Castañeda was born November 9, 1937 in San Agustin del Maiz, Michoacan, Mexico, and passed away on Thursday, December 13, 2018 in Gridley, California, she was 81.

A visitation will be held from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. on Wedenesday, December 19, 2018 at Gridley-Block Funeral Chapel, with a Rosary at Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 7:00 p.m. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with Father Roland Ramirez officiating the service. Interment will be in the Gridley Biggs Cemetery following the mass.
