Ernest Dean Paul was born on November 3, 1932 in Monego Springs, Missouri to Pleasant William Paul and Pearl Perine Paul. Ernest passed away on November 13, 2015 in Oroville, California just 10 days after his 83rd birthday. Ernest is survived by his loving wife Vina Paul and his children. No formal service will be held.
