Obituary of Ouhor Saeteurn

His Legacy…OuHor Saeteurn was born on October 1, 1968 in Laos to Cheng Saeteurn and Sai Pho Saechao. OuHor passed away peacefully on Saturday morning November 10, 2018 at 2:00 AM. OuHor came to America to escape a communist country with no education and little in his pocket. Despite the struggles and challenges he faced as an immigrant, he was always able to smile and make the people around him laugh. He was a man of little words but big ideas, harsh at times but very humble. He will forever be loved and missed.

His Family… OuHor leaves behind his wife Ying Saechao and 7 children along with many friends.

His Farewell Service… A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2018 at 1:30 PM at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5646 Lincoln Blvd., Oroville, California. Arrangements are entrusted to Ramsey Funeral Home 530-534-3877.
