Obituary of Susan Delores Holley

Her Legacy… Susan D Holley, age 59, of Oroville, CA passed away October 31, 2018 in Oroville, CA after a difficult, 8 month battle with pancreatic cancer. Susan was born in Palo Alto, CA on February 12, 1959 to Richard and Betty Burwick. Susan graduated from Andrew Hill High School in San Jose, CA in 1977. Susan met her first husband, Bob Holley, in San Jose, Ca in 1978. They got married in San Jose, CA in 1984 and had 3 children before moving to Oroville, CA in 1992. Susan worked for the United States Postal Service for 22 years as a letter carrier. She loves riding Harleys, spending her summers at Lake Madrone, gardening, and enjoying time with her family. She is so loved and will be forever missed.

Her Family… Susan is survived by longtime partner, Bob Armstrong, her children, John, Gina and Andrea Holley. Her sister, Leanne Lewis and her grandchildren, Hailey, Maddie, Kynzee, Ehver, Brooklyn, Anastasia, Irelynn, Jason and Rebecca. She is preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Betty Burwick and her brother, Rick Burwick.

Her Farewell Service… Memorial services will he held on Sunday, December 2, 2018 at 2PM at Ramsey Funeral Home 1175 Robinson Street Oroville, CA. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that you donate to a cancer research foundation of your choice. Arrangements are entrusted to Ramsey Funeral Home 530-534-3877.
