Obituary of Michele Chollet Strang
Michele Lenore Chollet was born on March 1, 1949 in Oroville, California to Leonard and Dina Chollet. Michele passed away on October 16, 2018 in her home of 47 years at the young age of 69. Michele loved gardening in her yard, taking scenic rides with her children, kittens, butterflies, and birds. Her family was the most important thing in her life. Michele was dearly loved by her three children – Gina, Jason and Jeremy.
Michele is survived by her three children, Gina Miller, Jason (Christine) Strang, Jeremy (Tamara) Strang and two grandchildren, James Lyons and Emma Strang; her brothers and sister, Kathleen Halterman, David Chollet, and Paul Chollet. Michele is preceded in death by her father Leonard Chollet (March 7, 1918 – February 8, 2013) and mother Dina Chollet (October 22, 1921 – September 21 2018).
Michele’s funeral service will be a grave side service held on Thursday October 25, 2018 at 10:30am at Oroville Memorial Park Cemetery 5646 Lincoln Avenue, Oroville, CA. A Reception will follow graveside at Feather Falls Casino Brewery 3 Alverda Drive Oroville, CA. Arrangements have been entrusted to Ramsey Funeral Home (530) 534-3877.
