Obituary of Phyllis Jean Quigley

Her Legacy… Phyllis Jean Quigley was born on November 13, 1941 in Los Angeles, California to Thomas J. and Hazel E. Chamberlin. Phyllis was called to Heaven on September 13, 2018 from her home in Oroville, California. She was a precious wife of 42 years married to Ernest M. Quigley on June 10, 1958. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Phyllis loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed painting, cooking, entertaining and lunch at Casa Lupes. Phyllis will be remembered for her love of life, her sense of humor, beautiful smile and dedication to family and Jesus.

Her Family… Phyllis is survived by her three children, daughter Sharee Dream, her sons, Daniel Quigley and Thomas Quigley. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, Elvis Kniss, Levi Kniss, Breezi Tiedemann, Tatiana Quigley, Lyliana Quigley, Elijah Quigley, Clarissa Quigley and Heather Quigley, great grandchildren, Ariana, Kristiana and Bryson Vollendroff, Keegan, Riken and Kimberly Kniss, as well as lots of family and friends. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Ernest M. Quigley, her parents Thomas J. and Hazel E. Chamberlin and her brother James J. Chamberlin.

Her Farewell Service… Her Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Oroville Church of the Nazarene, 2238 Monte Vista Ave Oroville, California. Arrangements are entrusted to Ramsey Funeral Home 530-534-3877.
