Richard Lynn Rose was born on April 13, 1962 in Burbank, California to Leon and Myrna Rose. Richard passed away on September 9, 2018 in Oroville, California. He is survived by his parents Leon and Myrna Rose and his three children, Jennifer Rose, Melissa Rose and Robert Rose. Private family services will be held at a later date.
