Obituary of Janet Wyatt

Her Legacy… Janet Irene Wyatt was born December 30, 1928 in Evanston, Ill to Kate and Henry Hilscher. Janet passed away on August 11, 2018 in Oroville, CA.  She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt. She loved to serve God by serving others with her youth and prison ministries. In her free time she loved to embroider, crochet and watch The Price is Right.  Janet loved being with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, even up until her final hour here on earth.

 

Her Family…Janet is survived by Her sisters Verna Linaweaver of Salina, KS; Dorothy Black of Cleveland, TN; her brothers Roger Hilscher of Aberdeen, SD; Paul Hilscher of Salina, KS; her sons David Wyatt of Hesperia, CA; Danny Wyatt  and her daughters Marilyn Wyatt, Donna Wyatt and Debra Wyatt all of Oroville, CA; grandsons Michael Sanders of Salida, CA; Joshua Jones of Redding, CA; Glenn Hayes III of Tacoma, WA; Richard Clark of Joplin, MO; Aaron Fultz, Nick Fultz, Jason Hoover, Kenneth Hoover, Dylan Wyatt, Zach Bascherini,  Jacob Elderkin and Jarrrod Elderkin all of Oroville, CA; granddaughters Sara Pezzoni of Stockton, CA; Ariel Wyatt of Cottonwood, CA; Nicole Hudson of Roseburg Oregon; Jami Geiger, Molly Sasek, Arika Elderkin, Anika Elderkin all of Oroville, CA; twenty one great-grandchildren and two on the way.

 

Her Farewell Service…Her Funeral Service will be held Saturday, August 18, 2018 at 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church 2661 Yard St. Oroville, CA. There will be a viewing from 9:00 to 11:00 AM. A pot luck reception will be held in the reception hall after the service.  Private burial will take place at Memorial Park Cemetery in Oroville, California.  Farewell Funeral Services are entrusted to Oroville Funeral Home (530) 533-0323.
