Obituary of Eloiuse Marie Weston
Her Legacy… Eloiuse Weston was born on October 20, 1937 in Oroville CA, at Oroville Curran Hospital to Ora Mae Fields and Norris Johnson. Eloiuse died on June 13, 2018 and was surrounded by her daughter Marilyn, son’s Myron and Timothy Sr. Eloiuse was the “Queen” of the Weston family. After the death of her husband Gene Weston she devoted her entire life to raising her 7 children. She instilled love, education, values, hard work and unity within her family. She graduated from Oroville High School and later worked in the community at Butte County Health Department, Pacific Produce, Oroville Union High School District and Continental Nut in Chico, CA. Eloiuse loved spending time with her family. She was a sports fanatic and enjoyed the game of basketball and football. “Ella” or to others“Ms. Eloiuse” was known in the community for her delicious meals and good cooking. Eloiuse was not only a Mother to her own children but she was a Mother to many. She was always taking in or fostering the disadvantaged or the troubled teen. Eloiuse is remembered for her genuine love, generosity and positive impact she had on the lives of others.
Her Family… Eloiuse is survived by her Sister Irma Mosley, Children: Deloris, Lynndonna, Marilyn (Franklin), Myron, Timothy and Rochelle. Grandchildren: Phonechia (Timothy), Tyleshia, Tyree, Myron Jr., Antwan, Darryl, Pamela, Bradley (NaToshia), Michael, Skky, Cherrell, Jordan, Shalice (Ryan), Kadeem, Malcolm, Brittany, Talena, Tahana, Timmy Jr., LeBron and Chelsea. 36 Great Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren, Nephews Brent, Todd, Kevin, Niece Myrna and a host of cousins and friends. Eloiuse was preceded in death by her parents Ora Mae Fields and Norris Johnson, Spouse Gene Weston, Sister Addie Clark, Son Ronnie Cash and Grandson Lil Timmy Jones.
Her Farewell Service...A Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 21, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Ramsey Funeral Home, 1175 Robinson Street, Oroville, California. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 22, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Ramsey Funeral Home with Burial to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5646 Lincoln Blvd Oroville, California.
