Monte Leerell Tubbs, passed away on October 25, 2015 two days after his 78th birthday at his residence in Oroville, California. A visitation will be held at Ramsey Funeral Home on November 6, 2015 from 2:00 pm until 9:00 pm with a Rosary at 6:00 pm.
